Our commitment to making attach.ee usable by everyone, what we conform to today, and what we have not finished.

Conformance target

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the substantive standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and EN 301 549. Where WCAG 2.2 introduces clearer guidance (target size, focus appearance) we apply it as well.

What this statement covers

This statement applies to the public website at attach.ee. The Attachée product itself is in private beta and will publish its own statement at general availability.

What we have done

The site is built with semantic HTML, a skip link, visible keyboard focus indicators, landmark regions, language attributes, and a single H1 per page. Animations honour prefers-reduced-motion. Form fields have programmatically associated labels; errors are announced via aria-live. Colour contrast meets WCAG AA against the page background. Mobile navigation is keyboard-operable and closes on Escape.

Known limitations

We have not yet commissioned an independent audit; the assessment above is self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 AA. Embedded third-party flows (the invite form loads Clerk's browser SDK on submit) are tested for keyboard and screen-reader use but rely on Clerk's own accessibility work for the post-submission flow. If you hit a barrier we have not documented, we want to hear about it.

If something on this site is hard to use with assistive technology, by keyboard, or for any other accessibility reason, email hello@attach.ee. Tell us the page, what you tried to do, and what happened. We reply to every accessibility report and aim to resolve concrete barriers within four weeks.

Enforcement

We are an EU operator (anpasio UG, Germany). If we cannot resolve your concern, you can contact the German market surveillance authority for accessibility under the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) — the federal coordinating body is the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF), mlbf.de.

Statement preparation

This statement was prepared on 11 May 2026 based on a self-evaluation of the site against WCAG 2.1 AA. We update it when the site changes materially or after audits.
